HOW TO GENERATE THE ENERGY CERTIFICATE LABEL FROM INMOPC

Inmopc, will allow you in a simple way in each property, indicate the scale and values of energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, publishing it on the web and in the shop window posters. See the explanatory video where the steps to follow will be indicated.

HOW TO PUBLICIZE THE ENERGY CERTIFICATE

In the contracts and announcements per word, the letter of the energy and emission consumption must be indicated.

In the energy showcase posters, in the portals and on the website, the energy certificate must be issued indicating the scale for energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.

WHAT IS THE ENERGY CERTIFICATE?

It is a technical report that indicates the energy efficiency of the property, based on the study of different aspects such as orientation, location, lighting, energy production...

The energy rating will generate an energy label with two values, which are Energy consumption (Kw h / m2.year) and carbon dioxide emissions (Kg CO2 / m2.year). Both values will be determined with a numerical value and a scale from A to G, the least efficient.

IS THE ENERGY CERTIFICATE REQUIRED?

The energy certificate is mandatory in Spain from Royal Decree 235/2013 of June 1, 2013 to rent or sell a property or premises and is mandatory throughout the European Community.

The energy certificate will be required by the notary at the time of performing the deeds and must be included in the contract of sale or rental.

Law 8/2013, of June 26, establishes sanctions for non-compliance with the energy certification regulations. These sanctions are divided into three groups according to the severity of the infraction. Not to mention the energy rating obtained in the advertisements of the property for sale or rent, to sell without having previously made the energy certificate or distort the result thereof.

Selling or renting without an energy certificate is a violation and is punishable by fines ranging between 300 and 600 €
