In addition to the payment portals such as Idealista.com, Pisos.com or Tucasa.com, Inmopc has made collaboration agreements with free reference portals such as Anunciosocasion.es, Trovit.es, Vadevender.es or payment portals with great discounts. as Globaliza.com or Vivados.es.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Publish in the free portals from Inmopc is very simple:

In the property tab, in the option Advertising data, two boxes appear:

- Website and Free Portals: By checking this option, Inmopc will export the property to our website and to all associated free portals.

- Exclude Free Portals: By checking this option, we will only export to our website and not to the free portals.

 

WHAT FREE PORTALS ARE THERE?

Inmopc will only export to free portals, solvents, with positioning and that guarantee you in the treatment of exported properties, with professional technical support. Periodically we are expanding the number of portals.

FREQUENT DOUBTS:

- I can choose the free portal to export: NO, the free portals are fed from a joint base, you can decide for real estate if I want to publish or not in the free portals; but do not decide on which portal to publish. On the other hand in the portals of payment if I can choose the portal.

- How often the properties are updated: The payment portals are updated every day at night, while the free portals are updated once a week, every Monday.
